This page describes how Refined Biolabs handles information collected through this website. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone number, shipping address), order history, payment metadata processed by our payments processor, and standard server/analytics logs (IP, browser, referrer).
Signing in with Google
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo (if your Google account has one) with us, only after you approve it on Google's sign-in screen. We do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail, contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google data. We use this information only to create your account, sign you in, and identify you on your orders, and we store it with the rest of your account data. The email address you sign in with becomes your account email and is handled the same way as any account email described in this policy. You can stop using Google sign-in at any time by removing Refined Biolabs from your Google account's third-party access settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and this information by writing to privacy@refinedbiolabs.com.
How we use it
To process and ship your orders, support your account, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud, improve the site, and measure and improve our advertising (see Advertising below). We do not sell personal data for money.
Subprocessors
We use third-party services for payments, email, analytics, and infrastructure. Each is contractually bound to handle data only as we direct.
Advertising
We work with advertising partners, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snap, to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who are likely to be interested, including existing customers. To do this we use their tags and pixels on this site, and we share contact details (email address, phone number, name, country, and ZIP code) with them, for example through Google Customer Match. Contact details are hashed (converted to an unreadable code) before or as they are shared, and partners use them only to match you to your account on their platform. You can opt out of having your information shared for advertising at any time by emailing privacy@refinedbiolabs.com, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google, Meta, TikTok, or Snap account settings. California residents: this may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and the email above is how you opt out.
Retention
Order and account records are retained for as long as required by tax and consumer-protection law in our operating jurisdictions. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by writing to privacy@refinedbiolabs.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
