Every batch is independently tested by an ISO 17025-accredited third-party laboratory. The certificate of analysis is published on the product page and linked to the batch ID on the vial.

We hold a 99%+ purity floor. If a batch doesn't meet that mark, it doesn't ship — there is no second-tier inventory.

How are orders shipped?

Orders ship in plain, sealed, unmarked packaging. Cold-sensitive compounds ship with insulated packaging and gel packs sized for the destination zone.

Do you ship internationally?

How long until my order arrives?

In-stock US orders placed before 2pm ET Mon–Fri or 12pm ET Sat–Sun ship the same day; otherwise they ship the next business day. Standard transit is 2–5 business days, express options are available at checkout, and Reserve members ship free.

How should peptides be stored?

Store lyophilized peptides in a cool, dry, dark place. Once reconstituted in your laboratory, store as your protocol dictates. We do not provide reconstitution or dosing guidance.

Can I return an order?

If a vial arrives damaged or fails to match its COA, contact us within 7 days and we will replace or refund it. Opened or used product is non-returnable.
