How does billing work?
Your card on file is charged automatically at the end of each period. We retry up to 3 times if a renewal fails before the membership ends.
Do I lose my points if I downgrade?
No. Your points balance carries with you across tier changes. Future earn rates change based on your current tier.
Switching between monthly and annual?
Cycle changes aren't self-serve yet. Email support@refinedbiolabs.com and we'll switch your billing on the next renewal.
